The Vanquish 600 Fuel Race was held at Gully Raceway on Saturday 9th June and we are
glad to announce that it was a complete success, with all crowns and gearings surviving the event.
Fuel Stop Errors and close racing made for an exciting night and ensured that a great time was
had by all who participated.
All in all it was a great test for the upcoming Team Vanquish Can-Am 1200 which will be held later this year..

BATTO's WINE CORNER
As the Wine lover of the club, Batto brought back a tasty quality drop from Adelaide called "Maxwell Mead" for us to
try. What a lovely thought and was just what we needed on a cold and chilly night.
Having unscrewed the cap to allow the wine to breath, Batto then whipped out his trusty Soup Pot and to our surprise, began
pouring the wine into it and proceeded to heat it up over wood heater. ( This will be a lovely drop he said )
I guess you have to be a real Connoisseur in order to appreciate a fine warm glass of wine. Even on a cold night.
